Sorry if this is a noob question... I'm still learning and experimenting.
Is it possible to age your cider after bottle-pasteurizing? Say, for instance, your cider is done with the primary, left in a secondary to clear, bottled, and then pasteurized (per the sticky method on this forum); or maybe a campden tablet is popped in before bottling (assuming not carbonating). Could you let these bottles sit out for a while, and will the flavors improve?
