I'm looking for suggestions on something to brew in the coming weeks that I can age and will be ready to drink come June/July. Big plus for something that would be enjoyable to drink in the hot summer heat. Brewing experience for me has been a handful of BIAB 3.5 gallon batches of APA, IPA, saison, and brown ales.

All the ones you listed are best drunk young. Usually aging is for dark or high alcohol brews that most people want for winter. I have no suggestions. "Lawnmower", "session" beers that are refreshing during the hot summer days do not require aging. Except, maybe, a saison.

A lager if you are set up for that. If not, a California common or a Kölsch. Some Saisons can age pretty well.

I had been considering a saison, but I'd also try something I haven't done before. Also, I know most of the beers that are typically aged are more 'wintery' which is why I'm asking. I was also considering maybe a Tripel as it's higher in alcohol, but I'm not sure how well it would age. I also don't have a Lagering setup.

The main reason I'm asking is starting in February I'm not going to be able to brew or drink much until the summer, so I'd like to have something to age during that time.

Higher in alcohol, and summer heat beers, are usually exclusive. If you need a beer that will last that long, that is fairly easy. Any lightly hopped ale should be ok. A brown ale would certainly still be good. I enjoy darker beers and higher alcohol beers all year round so just about anything goes for me. Though for refreshing on a hot summer day I would like something like a cream ale, a lager or something similar. Low alcohol, light and crisp is what I think of.

russian imperial stout served with a summer turkey dinner, delicious on a hot sweaty day.

I'd be thinking of something you want to drink late winter or early spring and wait until later to start a summer beer, unless you can lager and/or like sours.

Kölsch does well with long-term conditioning. It allows it to brighten very nicely. And what a refreshing summertime beer.

Sour ale brewed with either a mixed fermentation or 100% bug. They could be done short term but sours can be bulk aged to develop complexity from the bugs.

Any Belgium style that is lighter could also do well. Saison, Tripel, Golden Strong.

You could also lager! Mmmmm.
