All Grain
5 Gallon Batch

Grain:
4lb 12oz - Pale 2 row
2lb 14oz - Vienna
1lb 14oz - Munich
8oz - Crystal 20L
8oz - Crystal 60L

Hops:
1oz - Glacier 60min
1oz - Glacier 20Min
1oz - Glacier 5 Min
1oz - Glacier Dry Hop 7 Days

Yeast?????

1.056 SG
41 IBU
9.6 SRM
5.8% ABV

Couple questions:
1.Hows it looking
2.What yeast should I use?
3.Is that to much hops? Would .5 20min and .5 5min be sufficient?

My preference would be to simplify malt profile. I've seen similar malt setups as that and it is good, but muddled for a pale ale.

For the yeast, go with a clean one like US-05. No need to mess with liquid yeast for this style.. it will turn out nice.

Glacier is a mild hop so your additions will not be over the top. I usually go with Vienna or Munich, not both. I have made a very good beer with both but I let it age longer.

What's everyones suggestions on the Munich or Vienna for the Pale Ale? Sounds like I should just use 1 of those so I was thinking 4lbs Vienna. I know this will be a lighter, crisper Pale ale. Will that taste good?

If you really want to get to know Glacier I would go 60, 15, 10, 5, 0 and dryhop. Might have to play with the additions to hit your numbers.
