after cold crashing

i have my beer in the fridge and all the hops have fallen and the beer has cleared up nicely. can i just shut the fridge down and let the temps come back up before bottling or can i do it with beer cold?
 
You can do it cold. It doesn't need to warm up to be bottled. After bottling, they'll need to be kept around 70 degrees if possible so they can carb up.
