So I got my pump and stone, but the tubing does not fit.

Should I just shake this time
or
Put the tube directly into the wort, will the hugh air bubbles even help without the diffuser stone?

How much difference in size? I heat the tubing with hot water and force it on my stone.

Maybe you can spread it out, when warm, with two forks. Then quickly stick to stone in.?

Put the hose directly in and hit it with some o2...then shake it up a bit to help diffuse the o2...

He has an air pump, not o2. Plus, big bubbles won't absorb like small diffused one will.
