adding drymalt extract to all grain when do i add to wort?

I'm assuming you want to add dry malt extract to make up for a lack of efficiency in an ag batch. If that's the case, you'd add it to the boil. You need to be more specific in your question.
 
+1 on flame out addition. That's when I add all extracts to my partial mash beers. Great for clean crisp flavor & lighter color.
