Addin to a Fat Tire Clone

About to brew my 3rd Northern Brewer Fat Tire clone, and i want a little more pepperish taste. I also have an ounce of Cluster hops left over. Any thoughts on how i can achieve the pepper after taste, and what would dry hopping with the cluster add or change?

If you want pepper i recommend czech saaz instead of cluster..save the cluster for cream ale
