So... As the title says..

This home brewing bit is a bit of an instant addiction isn't it..

2/7/09: Started Grand Cru Chianti in Primary
2/8/09: Loved the idea so much, bought another kit
2/8/09: Started Irish Red Ale
2/9/09: Loved the idea so much, bouth another bucket
2/9/09: Started a Newcastle Brown Ale Clone
2/10/09:Only had 1 keg, so bought CO2 4x distributor & another 5g Keg

4 days.... and now I'm sitting here thinking.. maybe I should buy another keg and bucket.. and start something else...??....

I wont be able to even taste the end results of this for another few weeks!!!

:mug::mug::mug:

It's like Christmas eve every day isn't it.. ;)

It's addicting isn't it?

One suggestion, take a break from the obsession of brewing and let some of those beers finish. That way if for some small reason there is an issue, you won't have 15 batches of bad beer.

In the mean time go out and enjoy all the great commercial craft and microbrews out there.

well, i've taken to drinking a little more wine so i can free up some bottles ;)

It's really interesting smelling the air that comes out of the airlock day to day... and how it changes drastically from day 1 to day 3...
