I made a boo boo when making a wine kit, I accidentally added the sulphite pack instead of the yeast. Is the kit ruined?

Uggh. Probably not, but you'll have to let the sulfite dissipate before pitching the yeast. What is the batch size and how much sulfite did you add?

It’s a 6gal kit not sure the amount just one pack that came with it. I’m using a fast ferment I’m wounding if I wait a day or two and dump what’s in the collection ball.

The kit is already sulfited when you get it, but it will dissolve when you add more- so it’s not that there is going to be excess sulfites in the bottom. Open the fermenter, stir often to dissipate the sulfite, and then add the yeast tomorrow
