I brewed my first batch on Sunday and I am wondering if I should have used a second yeast pack. I used 1 Wyeast 1335 Bitish Ale II packet and pinched at 68F. I added to the extract kit 1 pound of rice syrup solids to try and not only lighten it a little but also add some for alcohol. This brought my OG to 1.071 (kit says OG of 1.062). I had some immediate bubbling in the airlock and a decent kroisen in my 6 gal carboy, and still have some movement, but I am worried that I underpinched it. Should I pick up another pack from MLHB store and add it or just leave it alone. I have yet to open it and take a SG reading. Here are the ingredients used. Thanks.

SPECIALTY GRAIN
-- 1 lb Belgian Cara 45
-- 0.5 lbs Briess Caramel 60
-- 0.125 lbs Simpsons Black Malt
FERMENTABLES
-- 3.15 lbs Amber malt syrup (60 min)
-- 6 lbs Gold malt syrup late addition (15 min)
HOPS & FLAVORINGS
-- 1 oz Summit (60 min)
-- 0.5 oz Ahtanum (20 min)
-- 0.5 oz Amarillo (20 min)
-- 0.5 oz Simcoe (20 min)
-- 0.5 oz Ahtanum (10 min)
-- 0.5 oz Amarillo (10 min)
-- 0.5 oz Simcoe (10 min

Leave it alone. The yeast you pitched has multiplied a lot and re-pitching will just be a drop in a bucket.

Also, measure the gravity if you're worried about a stuck fermentation.
