I fermented 20L of Sun Rype not from concentrate apple juice with S04 dry English yeast. It's been in the fermenter for almost a month and looking clear. I plan to keg and put on tap and leave dry. Any recommendations of how to infuse my dried elderflowers? I have 2oz I ordered online. I was thinking of steeping in a French press then adding. Thought? Any experience of how much is enough? Thanks!!! Any other recommendations? It's only my second cider.

"Your mother was a hamster, and your father smelled of elderberries!"

ok.. on a serious note you could either throw them into your fermentor and taste every few days until it hits the flavor profile that you like or you could make a tea with them and using measured amounts, put some drop by drop into a glass of it until you like the flavor profile. Then scale those amounts to your full batch size.

Hope this helps.
