I have Oxi Clean but no scoop. From what I've read use 1 scoop for cleaning 5 gallons (keg, fermenter). Can someone tell me what 1 scoop is - what is the actual measurement per 5 gallons should be? Thanks.

I've never gotten a scoop, either, but I've always used two tablespoons and hot tap water on my 6.5g carboys, and even the crustiest RIS debris will drop to the bottom after a few hours soaking. I rarely need to use the carboy brush...

Cheers!

I use 1 tablespoon per gallon of hot water. 5 tablespoons per keg.

I use Sun Oxygen Cleaner. Generic Oxyclean Free at a huge discount.

Not sure it it matters or not but the PBW instructions says 1oz per gallon. I use homemade PBW and use 5oz per 5 gallons.
