About to dry hop - contamination?

Hello,

I'm planning on dry hopping my IPA in a couple days, and will be using the remainder of the hops I used for my boil (so I've touched them, probably before my hands were sanitized). They've since (about a week) been in the freezer. Is it possible they may contaminate my beer?

No worries. Hops are antimicrobial naturally.

+1. Just sanitize your hop bag if you use one.

I had a student in a workshop tell me recently he doesn't have to wash the bags because they are nylon bags!

Yea, bacteria doesn't like that itchy nylon, it get's in their cracks.
