A "sweeter" Pumpkin Ale recipe for partial mashers/extract + grains?

Anybody know of any partial mash/extract recipes (partial boils only) that can produce a pumpkin pie flavored beer? I made a pumpkin ale last year that turned out decent, but I really wished at the time that it had a hint of sweetness to it. I'm guessing lactose is the way to go with accomplishing this, but I was hoping someone had a recipe.
 
Crystal 10L definitely imparts straight up sweetness.

I like some crystal 60L in pumpkin. If your recipe already has crystal, up it.
