RIP - singer, showman, sausage guy. From what I understand, he grew up in poverty and didn't have the opportunity to go to high school, yet died a wealthy man. Goes to show you that there are many interesting stories out there . . .

It says he dropped out of highschool, in 9th grade. Still, didn't seem to hurt him much. But that was also back when that was way more common. I didn't realize he'd done all those things besides sausage. That article makes him seem like a real stand and down to earth up guy.
