A little off the beaten track...

Hello! I am thinking about setting up a small chest freezer to serve as a chiller to cool the head and condenser on a 4" flute on a 15 gallon kettle. Too far afield or can anyone provide any info? I need to maintain 70° to 75° from the cooling source to maintain my head temp. Thought about 2 five gallon buckets fully frozen with copper coils around the exterior.
Thoughts on this would be helpful...
