I am just getting into all grain and I have:
10# 2-row malt
10# 6-row
Hallertauer hops
Cascade hops
American lager wyeast

I found a recipe with these ingredients and 1# rice, anyone have any good ideas for a good lighter lager recipe using these ingredients?

If you want to use the pound of rice (if it's raw rice it will need to be milled, then cooked prior to adding to the mash) add it to 4 lbs each of the pale malts for your grist, use the Cascade to bitter with the Hallertau used for flavor and aroma.

1# rice
4 # pale
4 # 6-row

1 oz Cascade @ 60 min
1 oz Hallertau @ 20 min
1/2 -1 oz Hallettau @ end of boil
