I've been extract brewing for years, 5 gallons at a time. I am finally quite happy with the results. Been thinking about going AG, so I've been shopping around for all the equipment. My neighbor has an AG setup he's thinking of getting rid of, citing too many hobbies too little time. He's going to give me a pretty good deal on the setup, however he does 10+ gallon batches. Here are my questions.
- Is it possible to brew 5 gallon AG batches with such large brewpots? (I think the answer is obvious, but better safe than sorry)
- Can I simply double my 5 gal. recipes and/or extract kits? (OK, now thinking all my questions are sounding silly)
thought I had more, bit can't think of them ATM.
