Man, I haven't had that beer in 20 years. We use to drink it cause it was so cheap. Those little round fat bottles.

Their commercial jingle is one of those things that is burned into my brain from hearing it on TV when I was a kid (along with all the cigarette ads). If only I could dump that stuff to make room for stuff I'd like to remember!

I read this as "a case of the blatz," as in, what you get when you drink to much homebrew.
Wouldn't that be "the Splatz"

Only if you mix chili with home brew (and you've not been drinking HB it long enough to be used to it), and push the envelope too far.
Home brew and chili, two reasons why every house should have at least a half bathroom for every person living there...
