I'd be nervous at 70 degrees. eek.
I'm going to brew 2 or 3 batches in the next few days. Need that pipeline working. 3 empty 13g carboys is a crime and makes me

That's a good point. I've been fermenting them for the first 3 or 4 days in my basement shower where they stay ~ 66F, then when fermentation slows down, move them to my utility room where they stay 69-70F.
