I've been brewing every Saturday this month, and I am going to brew again this Saturday. I thought I'd post a picture of my utility room with the fermenters busy with this month's brews.

I LOVE THIS HOBBY!!!

I'd be nervous at 70 degrees. eek.

That's a good point. I've been fermenting them for the first 3 or 4 days in my basement shower where they stay ~ 66F, then when fermentation slows down, move them to my utility room where they stay 69-70F.

What are you brewing up next? I see an empty carboy on that shelf!

Brewing a Kolsch on Saturday, but it will be fermenting in the Keezer at 60F. :)
