i dont have the recipes hashed out yet, but the plan is do make a "family" brew.
my ancestry hails from Hungry and Belgium by all accounts...
trad Hungarian beer was a Vienna Lager
the Belgium half is from the Liege area, not real sure about the styles of beer, but would assume is similar to most of the other beers in belg.
does anyone think that blending these two styles of beer would be horrible?
