A better brew day!

I have averaged around 65-70% eff on all my AG brews to date till yesterday. Yesterday I hit my personal best with 84%. Fermentation started after 2hrs of pitching yeast and woke me up this morning once it really got going.

If so, it's going to be really malt-heavy. 1 oz of bittering hops in 10 gallons... I'm a malt-man myself, so that'd be right up my alley.

I'm guessing 5 gallon batch.

It was supposed to be 5gal, but I used the wrong volume measurement on my kettle and finished with 7.5 gal.
