8/4 SOOW appliance cord

I've searched 4 HD's and a lowes in my area and none of them carry this cord. I've looked online and most carry this at either at an extremely high cost.. roughly around $6 something a foot or only sell in rolls of 100+ feet. I only need around 18 feet of this, however I'm wondering if anybody knows of a good online resource for this? I need it to basically complete a power distribution board I've put together based on this construction. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for your help, I spent the better half of my night yesterday scouring the internet for more resources. I almost gave up and went with the ebay one you provided, then I found this place. At 1.75 per ft. I don't think I could have found anything better unless buying in bulk. Response was quick too, they responded this morning at 7:50 and said it will ship today.
