7" dia ball lock corny keg???

Anyone know where a guy can find one? Looking to add small keg inside vintage 10 gallon milk can for my 1949 GMC pick up.

I can cut the bottom out and put in a 2.5 or 3 gal. mini keg but then no where to keep beer chilled.

Other thoughts?

A peltier thermoelectric could help maintain the cold keg for a little while, and they're small
