60 amp Electric Brew Panel

I'm building a 60 amp brew panel with a 60 amp gfci. Not sure why but almost all of the electric panel builds discussed stop at 50 amps. I will have 2-5500 watt heat elements. And the extra 10 amps or more gives me power for a rims tube smaller element. I need to observe a 60 amp panel build, diagram, or discussion.

basically the same build as a 50amp, but you will be using #8 AWG THHN wire instead.

At 60amp I'd be using #6 inside the box.

Question. Do you think you'll need to fire the HLT, the Boil Kettle, AND the RIMS at the same time? I can't imagine why.

whoops yes #6 its good for 75amps
