6 gallon "Plastic Carboy" from BrewByU

So I was just turned on to this site...and I notice they have 6gal Plastic Carboys (not 6gal Better Bottles) for 9.99 - that's nice!

I also notice they look to be thin food grade plastic, hence the semi-opaqueness..is ANYONE using these?

Interesting find, but they need more info on their website. Obviously there are questions that need to be answered about the grade of plastic, oxygen permeability, etc. We need to know why this is any better than a cheap water bottle.

I'm also not sure I'd want an opaque carboy, I'd never be confident it was truly clean.

Without more information, I wouldn't buy this over a Better Bottle, which IMO is really not prohibitively expensive and is a proven item.
