Bought these to fill smaller soda stream tanks, but tank wasn't big enough with enough pressure to fill the smaller tank. Tank is full. Certification is April or May 2014

Locals only please, can't ship a full tank.

Since you didn't mention a siphon tube perhaps you are not aware that in order to fill smaller tanks you need to invert the larger cylinder if it doesn't have one installed, otherwise you won't flow liquid CO2. The size of the tank has nothing to do with it.

Or you can get an adapter to connect the 5 lb tank directly to the soda stream
