3 weeks for a Wit?

So there has been lots of discussion on this, but is 2 weeks in primary, and 1 week carbing in a keg enought time for the Celis White Clone I just brewed?

Have a party coming up and would like to serve it.....But not wanting to rush it...

Move to packaging when you hit your FG. Wit should be served fresh.

Wheats in general, can be served young. Are you planning on force carbonating or priming?

I just got done with a Wit. Put it in the keg as soon as I hit FG. Tastes delicious. Just make sure you've hit your Final Gravity.

Ferment it warm and it will finish quickly. Once it hits terminal gravity it's good to go. This beer can't be drunk too green.. it tastes best in the first month after it is brewed.
