3 Gallon Apfelwein recipe?

Does anyone know a good 3 gallon Apfelwein recipe?

Sure. Take EdWort's recipe. Multiply everything except yeast by 60%. Piece o' pie.

I usually just do 3 gallons of juice and 1lb of corn sugar (I'm too lazy to do the 2lb/5*3 calculation and measurement )

3 gal juice. 1.2# sugar.

Does apple juice from concentrate work? I am only finding that at my grocery store - The ingredients just say juice from concentrate and ascorbic acid

Should be fine. I've used that too.

ascorbic acid would be the only thing you would want to have in there. it is the only preservative that will work
