Poptarts - The set of 4 kegs you posted are for pin lock kegs, in the old style, and there are no manual pressure relief valves.
The 3 gallon keg I have is ball lock, new style, and has pressure relief valve - in like new condition.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Last summer, I picked up 6 for $250. Although, they do have plasic lids and no relief valve.
