For Sale 3 gal All grain set up (Central TX)

For health reasons I'm no longer gonna be brewing. Here's what I've got. Would love to just sell the whole lot instead of piecing it out. Open to offers. I would consider trading the whole setup for guitars, bows, or "boomsticks" of similar value.
I'm in Central TX between Waco and Austin. Will not be shipping.

5gal glass Carboy w/bung and a couple 3 pc airlocks
1/2” auto-siphon
4x10” hop spider
3gal corny keg with regulator and hoses
5lb CO2 tank
Refractometer
5 gal SS boil kettle
modified Mini fridge
Inkbird temperature controller
Homemade Mash tun cooler
Copper immersion chiller
12 16oz flip top glass bottles

Total: $659; will sell the whole setup for $500 (if that's too high for ya then give me a counter offer)

EDIT: $350 for everything. That's basically just paying for the carboy, keg and regulator, CO2 and fridge everything else will get thrown in free.
