Been planning my keezer setup to be MFL all the way, from the primaries up to the tail pieces. Absolutely paranoid about leaks. As a result, upsized to 1/4" barbs on the 3/16" Bev-Seal for extra protection, and will also clamp.

The problem is, 3/8" barb to 1/4" MFL swivel nuts for the 5/16" gas lines aren't carried everywhere. My three choices seem to be:

1- Order everything from a vendor that does carry them, and eat the extra cost.
2- Order 5/16" barb to 1/4" MFL swivel nuts and deal with the paranoia.
3- Order 1/4" gas line and 5/16" barbs, losing the nice color differentiation between wet and dry lines.

Anybody care to argue for one in particular?

I don't understand why you don't use 5/16 barb for 5/16 hose? All my gas lines are 1/4" and my barbs are 1/4" and I don't have any leaks.
