Ok, for my 2nd batch of beer, I want something light, crisp, but with a good body. Here's what I'm thinking, tell me what you think (Honey Ale)

6# Wheat LME
1/2 # Honey Malt 15-20 L
2# Minnesota Clover Honey

1 oz Hersbrucker Hops (45 min)
1 oz Tettnang Hops (10 min)

Safeale Ale S-04 witbread strain

A wheat with honey, not quite a bragott, no flavor notes other than honey. I don't make wheats, but the OG seems too high without anything to balance the alcohol. Maybe cut the honey to 1 pound and add a 4-8 oz. of crystal 20L to add another flavor.
