Hello, I'm a noob to brewing an am on my second batch.
Starting with the Brewers Best Extract kits. First was Irish Stout which turn out Awesome. Bubbled for 4 days. My second batch is the Kolsch and has been in the primary for two weeks 3 days and is still bubbling. Every 2-3 minutes. Is this normal? Planning on bottling after primary. Temp is stable at 68 to 70 degrees.
Let me know what ya think.
Thanks,
Jon

First off, bubbling means nothing, you need to take gravity readings to know where your beer's at. Also, Kolsch yeast can be a bit slower working that ale yeasts. Take a gravity reading and see, don't watch the airlock, again, it's pretty much just a vent for co2.
