2nd batch and Krausen blowing out...

After a successful first batch and then a cider batch (which turned out really good) I have finally gotten to batch 2, Northern Brewer's Chinook IPA. All went well yesterday and this morning there was fermentation. Tonight after work I went down and there was the Krausen flowing like crazy. Thanks to a quick search here, all is saved. Thanks!

The cider recipe was one my friend used first. He found it on the Mother Earth News website. I opted for the Honey instead of Brown Sugar with a second fermentation.
