I bought the Midwest Groupon and got the starter kit and moved from Mr. Beer to extract brewing. I completely forgot that the kit comes with a $25 gift certificate! :ban: Now I'm trying to decide what I should use it on...

So, what would you buy with $25?

On a separate note, if anybody has any recommendations specific to me, I currently have a everything from the kit (fermentor, bottling bucket, hydrometer, racking cane, etc), plus a 5-gallon stainless steel pot, immersion wort chiller & 5 gallon better bottle.

A hooker... You know, a long stick with a hook on it so you can reach the beer at the back of the frig. ;)

Beersmith is a good one.

If I remember correctly you can only use it on an ingredient kit - or at least mine is. I'm getting the Fulton Libertine kit

Focus on what you need!

Do you have enough bottles for you beer? (I re-use commercial bottles I steal from friends most of the time to save money there) How about bottle caps?

You can buy another beer kit which would be the tastiest choice available to you!

Bottle trees are alright if you want them but I would get the vinator bottle washer instead, I dont have a tree myself and I have no problems yet.

Or be creative! 3.3lbs amber LME and some hops/yeast you could probably get 2 recipes out of doing it yourself (try to find specialty grains too, or go to a LHBS store for those. Mine sells all grains $1.50lb so I am going to get into all grain real soon to save some dough)
