I am currently looking to upgrade my brewing equipment and I am looking at the 25 gallon brew kettles.
Thinking of getting the brew kettle and a few 30 gal plastic conicals to really step up my production.
My question is will my banjo burner be able to cut it? Or do I need to beef that up as well? If it only involves building a stand/structure that's not a problem, I just need to know if the burner will take 2 hours to reach a boil, haha.
