I see the BBQ Pit Boys are in the list twice. They have a lot of videos where they grill just about everything! Good youtube channel.

Ya, I've seen the BBQ pit boys before, anybody who invests in the equipment to smoke 3 whole hogs at once is pretty serious about their smoking/grilling/BBQ. Their taterbomb recipe is awesome!
Regards, GF.

Yeah, the tater bombs did turn out really good. The 3 pig roast rig is some kinda rental, special occasion service.

It probably never would've occurred to me to grill avocados, I LOVE avocados & a smoky, grilled flavour would be a nice addition to a guacamole; I'm going to have to try it one of these days.

I've grilled pineapple & peaches, but that's it as far as fruit goes. I grill taters fairly often, but that about it for veggies. I'll have to start expanding my non-traditional grilling.
Regards, GF.

I'm from Louisiana, we'll grill or bbq damn near anything that'll hold still long enough. I love any grilled or bbq meat, seafood & most veggies. There's not much better than a 100lb wild hog cooked whole all day.

I just picked up some wonton wrappers and Jalapenos - something to play with this weekend. Also grilled some green tomatoes and okra the other day. both were good. Even got the kids to eat the okra.

I love grilled avocados! Grill them until they are nicely charred then give them a squeeze of lime and put a spoonful of salsa and a spoonful of sour cream in the spot the pit was.

I've done tater tots in a pan on my grill when it was too hot to want to turn the oven on in the house.

I'll have to check out the humas recipe.
