First of all, I hope I am not breaking any rules... If so just delete this post.

I am putting on an event 24in24 Brew-A-Thon "Brewing up donations for local charities"
3 local homewbrew clubs in North Eastern PA are brewing 24 different styles of beer in 24 hours. A new beer will be mashed in every hour on the hour. Each hour is sponsored by a local brewer or company who has donated to the cause. 100% of all proceeds go to the 3 charities.

This will be taking place in conjunction with The American Homebrewers Association: National Homebrew Day or Big Brew Day May 2nd 12:00PM EST -May 3rd 12:00PM EST At Simply Homebrew in Drums, PA

For More info about the event, Or if you are close by and want to come check out this one of a kind event click here: http://24in24.beer/

Here are the 3 homebrew clubs and the charities they are brewing for:
  • Luzerne County Brewers (LCB) - Supporting Ruth's Place Women's Emergency Shelter a program of Volunteers of America of Pennsylvania.
  • Scranton Brewer's Guild - Adopted One Life to Live Animal Rescue.
  • Wyoming Valley Home Brewers - Supporting The Arc of Northeastern Pennsylvania.
The Hook: I am really looking for donations anyone who feels like donating anything to the cause big or small click this link and do so. http://24in24.beer/donate-now.html

No one is profiting off of this event, I just had an awesome original idea and figured I would try to make a difference for some very deserving local charities, While making Beer :)

Cheers Mike (PepeSylvia)
