Is there an electric burner situation able to boil up to 7 gals that I can use in a rental house w/o the need for any modifications to the home?

I've been thinking of using the stove as I have with a drop in element to help it, but I'd prefer not to need to clean something else too.

It seems the only way would be to unplug the stove, assuming it's electric.

I have no desire to brew outside in Texas unless it's winter.

Are you talking about the little 120v type drop in the pot heaters?
