I'm looking for suggestions for a great cream stout to brew for my daughter for her 21st birthday.
She LOVED the Singing Boys cream stout, but I am basically against brewing the same recipe a second time until I run out of recipes (just a personal thing).
So...any recommendations for something similar? I should say I've never fully created my own recipe yet. I do a lot of clones that I make adjustments to. So a recommendation for an awesome commercial cream stout (or one from the recipes on here) would work great, too.
