I get these in my email.

Being in the farming business, I get these questionnaires from USDA about what I grew and how much of it. It's voluntary and nobody has ever asked if I reported correctly or even hassled me if I didn't report so I don't take their numbers very seriously. It might depend on just how busy the producer was when the questionnaires arrive whether they get answered or just disposed of.
