Scotty sells them for $80-85 delivered depending if you want steel or aluminum, so I wouldn't pay much more than that. Especially if the hydro test date has expired or is near expiring.

Thanks this helps a lot. I recently came into possession of a #20 tank which ended up being way too big given the amount of beer I brew and keg. I was looking to sell it and this gives me a great idea on how much to ask. Cheers.

Sure it's big but unless space is at a premium I don't see why it would be worth selling necessarily. You'll just have to refill WAY less than most people and I don't see that as a bad thing.
