I brewed a BB Hop Nog over two weeks ago. Fermentation started within 36 hours. Two weeks later fermentation is still active. Given the kit, I don't believe there are that much fermentables to cause this. Would a contaminated batch cause "active fermentation"? I have been reluctant removing the lid. Of the 10 - 12 batches I made, this is the first one to have sucha prolonged and active fermentation.
