2 ounces of Tomahawk

Is 2 ounces of Tomahawk too much at 60 minutes?
OG: 1.066
making IPA

Beersmith shows 2 oz contributes 27 IBU Tinseth which is my target, but Rager puts IBU at 67 IBU - which is way too much.

Doing a full boil with LME.

Tinseth vs Rager scales have me confused

I use the Rager formula since I personally think it's more accurate. Jamil Z. uses it too (not that I like to name drop).

thanks. I'll try Rager first and cut the tomahawk down to my IBU target. I'd rather have underhoped beer, than listerine.
