sunday night

i have two five gallon fermenters and only one yeast packet, i pitched the one already, what can i do with the other one?

brew store doesnt open till tuesday!

can i airlock it and pitch tues night?

should i put it in the fridge and bring it up to temp tues and pitch?
thanks mike

Some strains can be top cropped.

After fermentation begins you could pour half of the unpitched wort into another container, pour half of the fermenting beer in with the wort and then put the rest of the wort back in with the fermenting beer.

Thanks man! But I'm about half shot. I'll see if its fermenting in the morning and try the mixing.

I did this Monday night at around 10pm and Tuesday morning they were both bubbling like crazy, hope it works and there are no bad flavors. Thanks for the advice!
