I've got to get two batches done here by may8th.. and I don't think my weekends will have the time. Since I get home at 6, not quite enough time to do an entire batch before bedtime, so i thought I could split the batch up over two nights
I'm thinking do the mash one night, then let the wort sit over night covered, then next night, boil, cool and pitch yeast. Any foreseeable problems?
Has anyone ever split up a batch like this?
