I have 2 15.5 gallon kegs, I cut the top on one of them. The person that i got them from had put two little slits in the top of the one that I cut. He did this to drain the rest of the beer out(you can see the slit in the picture right under the handle). But the other one is sealed up tight. Could be easily fixed, or left since its so high up and its already cut for a keggle. I'm selling for $75 each or will trade for 5 gallon pin lock kegs. I would prefer to deal locally(central VA). But if I have to could get a shipping quote. Let me know if you are interested!
