1st time ...... i was finished at 4 weeks....still in tub ph good specific is good... no bubble in air lock since 4 weeks can i add more fruit ?

Don’t bottle until it’s completely clear in a carboy for at least 60 days without dropping any new lees (sediment). Rack into a carboy so you can judge clarity and allow it to age a bit.

I was at 5 weeks on fri the 24th…. I’ll put in carbon today…
