1st batch AG question on fresh grain

i bought my grain last week and had it crushed at the LHBS. Is it ok to hold it in the paper bag it came in? I put the paper bag inside a plastic bag and tightened it. It wont stale in a week right? Sorry im new at this AG stuff.

Keeping it in the paper bag is fine. The fresher, the better, but one week won't let it go stale.
